Utilisation & scope

• One day (24 hours) any time¹ Correct, revise, translate and analyse.

Validity & availability

• Account bound: The flat rate is non-transferable, cannot be paid out, and will expire if the account is deleted.

Usage & Credit

• Usage: The booking includes the flat rate automatically activated and no further scripts debited.

• Any existing Scribit credit will be retained and can continue to be used after the flat rate has ended.

Term & cancellation

• Start: The runtime starts with the booking and is one day (24 hours).

• Extension: Renews automatically not automatically.

Revocation

• You can cancel the purchase as provided by law, as long as you have not yet started a Scribit-liable action.

¹ Fair Use Policy: Fair use assumes that a user is optimising documents for professional or private purposes in order to independently bring them from first draft to print-ready quality. Should the use of the flat rate exceed a volume of 5 million characters, we reserve the right to restrict the flat rate for the respective day. In this case, there is no entitlement to continued use or refund. The use of the flat rate is automatically checked for fair use.
